Who provides the game

I Am the Detective (Dedektif Benim) is provided by BFY Digital Bilgi Teknoloji Ltd Sti, operating as BFY Games, Kadıköy, İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover your use of the game on iPhone and iPad and of this website.

The game and your purchase

The first case is free. The rest of a season is unlocked with a one-time In-App Purchase on the App Store; there is no subscription. The price, including applicable taxes, is shown by the App Store before you buy. A purchase gives you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to that season's cases, including cases added to the same season later; dates of future cases are not guaranteed. Game content and software remain the property of their rights holders; do not resell access or redistribute game assets.

App Store terms

Purchases are made with your Apple ID and processed by Apple under the App Store's terms. You can restore a purchase on another iPhone or iPad with the same Apple ID (Profile → Restore purchases). Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app, alongside these terms.

Accounts and progress

You can play without an account. An optional account (Sign in with Apple or an email code) keeps your case progress across devices. Keep your sign-in method secure. Without an account, progress stays on the device and is lost if you delete the app. Do not attempt unauthorized access, purchase manipulation or disruption of the service.

Interview limits

Signed-in accounts can use 750 suspect replies to questions or evidence per day across all cases, and 10 per minute. Guests share 40 per day and 6 per minute per network. Greetings are free. Daily allowances reset at midnight Türkiye time. Season owners retain their individual allowance when the shared free-use pool is exhausted.

AI-written replies and voices

Suspects' replies are written by an AI service from each case's facts; the crimes, the evidence and the solutions are authored by us and are the same for every player. Character voices are artificially generated.

Availability and changes

Questioning suspects requires an internet connection. Maintenance or technical faults may interrupt access. We may update the game and these terms; the date on this page identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law or your completed purchase.

Earlier web purchases

The Full Game sold on this website through Paddle until 17 October 2026 remains available to its buyers' accounts in the app, under the Paddle Buyer Terms that applied to that purchase.

Voice model terms

Character voices are artificially generated. When using Supertonic 3 through this game, you must comply with Section 5 and all use restrictions in Attachment A of the linked OpenRAIL-M license; these provisions form part of these terms. A copy of the complete license is provided here.
