Refund policy

App Store purchases

Purchases in the iPhone and iPad app are made through Apple, and Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used, or from your purchase history in the App Store. Apple decides on refund requests under its own policy and applicable consumer law.

Problems with the game

If a purchase is not unlocked, content is faulty or your purchase does not match its description, first try Profile → Restore purchases, then contact [email protected]. We will investigate and help resolve the issue, including any remedy required by applicable law.

Earlier web purchases

For the Full Game bought on this website through Paddle before 17 October 2026, Paddle's Refund Policy applies: contact Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net or write to [email protected] with your purchase email and order reference.

After a refund

A refund removes access to the content bought with that purchase; the free case remains available. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
