How do I restore a purchase?

On iPhone and iPad: Profile → Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID you bought with. On the web: sign in with the account you bought with.

Do I need an account?

No. You can play without one. An account only keeps your progress across devices.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → your account → Delete my account. Your email address, sign-ins and saved progress on the account are deleted.

The suspects do not hear me.

Allow the microphone and speech recognition in Settings → Dedektif Benim, or play by typing.

The natural voices do not play.

Download the voice pack in Settings → Natural voices (about 400 MB, Wi-Fi recommended).
